A girl’s gotta eat fat

Hello Keto Curious, Aficionados and Devotees,

Welcome to the clueless person’s guide to ketosis! Unlike a LOT of material out there, I’m going to share with you how I stumble, step by step, with my better half, through my evolution into ketosis. In this blog, we test out some common claims that through ketosis you can:

  • improve concentration
  • sleep less and feel more energised throughout the day
  • improve your overall mood
  • improve your athletic performance (for the amateurs that we are)
  • lose the fat we put on in your 30s… by eating significantly more fat!

Our journey is messy, confusing, frustrating but to be honest, it’s also fun. Who wouldn’t want to eat loads of butter, cream and fat!?! I’m NOT a super athlete, I’m not trying to loose a ton of weight, I’m not a diabetic… but I do want to improve my life, my work, how I feel and how I look. Is ketosis an answer? Help me find out.

We learn from blogs all the time, especially about ketosis but… Women are blogging more and more about it and I want to join the ranks of those who are keto food lovers and munchers. Here I am!
